Overview
This Shipping Policy applies to books and physical products purchased directly through channelstreetbooks.com. If you purchase through a third-party retailer, that retailer’s shipping terms, timelines, and support channels apply.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are not shipped immediately. For Every Silent Thing, direct hardcover pre-orders are expected to ship close to the October 13, 2026 publication date. If a publication or fulfillment schedule changes materially, we will update the product page or contact affected customers using the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Areas and Rates
Available shipping methods, delivery areas, and final shipping charges are shown during checkout before an order is submitted. Shipping rates may vary by destination, package weight, service level, and carrier availability.
If no shipping method is available for your address at checkout, contact orders@channelstreetbooks.com before placing an order.
Processing and Delivery
In-stock physical items are prepared for shipment after payment is accepted and the order is reviewed. Delivery estimates are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed service is expressly offered at checkout.
Carrier delays, weather events, customs processing, address errors, and other events outside our control may affect delivery timing.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by their country. These charges are not included in product prices unless expressly stated at checkout.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If a physical item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact orders@channelstreetbooks.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and, when possible, photos of the package and item. Our cancellation and return policy explains replacement and refund handling.
